Common Questions

Before the call

What is TechShorts.io and why does it matter?

TechShorts.io is a B2B technology content platform owned by ReachGrid Networks. We operate it directly, which means we generate first-party audience engagement data, not purchased intent signals shared across the market. This data improves audience matching across all three services.

Do we need a content asset to use ReachGrid?

Only for content syndication. Programmatic display and ABM bidding run without content assets: they use standard display creative. If you want syndication but do not have a content asset ready, we can discuss options.

Which geographies can ReachGrid cover?

North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Middle East & Africa. All four regions through the same publisher network and platform. Multi-region campaigns run simultaneously from one brief.

What does the account list need to look like for ABM bidding?

A CSV of company domains or a CRM export works. We run IP and domain matching on our end. You do not need to provide personal contact data: company-level identification is sufficient to start the matching process.

How long does campaign setup take?

Most campaigns are live within 10 business days of brief approval. Content syndication may take slightly longer if publisher setup requires additional lead form configuration. We confirm the exact timeline during the discovery call.

Can we run all three services simultaneously?

Yes. Programmatic display, content syndication, and ABM bidding can run concurrently against the same ICP or in separate configurations per objective. Many clients run display and ABM bidding together and add syndication for specific content campaigns.
